Gravel bikes are becoming increasingly popular among cyclists. The advantages are apparent. They have a more comfortable geometry than racing bikes, are also excellent to ride off the beaten track and are suitable for longer journeys. However, conventional racing bike components have reached their limits with these bikes. That's why Shimano has developed its own shifting groups especially for this type of bike.

The FC-RX600 offers you high efficiency for riding on mixed terrain. Their Gravel-specific chainring combination with 46-30 teeth covers a wide speed range. The 2x11 setup also allows you to drive a narrower geared cassette so that you can always drive at your comfort frequency. The outwardly shifted chain line created space for wider tires in the frame. Nevertheless, the Q-factor has remained pleasingly narrow at 151mm.
